Did you know that you can set your water bill for e-bill! National Exemption Service is proud to announce the addition of e-Bill. Enjoy the convenience of receiving your water notification directly in your email inbox. Just Log on to www.rentwithsaintandrews.com and click on resident then on pay your water bill. Log into your NES account and follow the step for e-Bill. Great way to receive you bill with-in a couple of hour after they have billed. If you have any question regard to your water bill feel free to contact the lease office and we will do our best to answer them.

Our landscapers have been busy planting this month. They have applied a fresh layer of mulch to the shrub and flower beds. Please do not discard cigarette butts in these beds. Mulch, once dry, will catch fire and burn rapidly.

Have you bought a new car,changed jobs, maybe you changed your phone number? Did you let the office know? We can’t express how important it is that you keep your personal information up to date with us. If you don’t have time to stop by the office, go online and register at www.rentwithsaintandrews.com and update all of your information. If you have a new car, bring the vehicle registration to the office so that we can get you a new parking decal. If you don’t have a decal in the left rear window or on the bumper of your car and park in a decal parking spot it will be towed. The owing cost is $120.00, plus $28.00 day storage. Remind your guests to park in the parking spots that are not marked “decal only.”

We are always looking for new residents, and who better to have as your neighbors than your friends, co workers, or family member? Entice your buddies to visit the leasing office and explore our community. After your referral signs a lease and moves in, you will receive $200.00 off your next month’s rent.Make sure they write your name on theapplication!

We would like to remind our residents that grease should NEVER be disposed of down a sink drain. Grease begins to build up rapidly in the drain and our wastewater plumbing causing sinks, tubs and toilets to back-up or worse yet, overflow. As an alternative, you may try using an empty can such as the type vegetables, soups, or fruits are packed in. Once you have poured the grease in the can, place in your freezer, as this will turn the product back to a solid state, reuse the can until full. Store the can in the freezer until you are ready to dispose of it, you can then discard it with your household trash--be sure to seal the trash bag tightly as to not leak grease in the hallways or dumpsters.

With the weather getting warmer we find that more resident are using their patio and decks. As a reminder they must be kept neat, and clean at all times. Items such as antennas, satellite dishes, gas cans, automobile parts, buckets, mops,brooms, cardboard boxes, pet cages,bicycles, automobile tires, trash bags,wooden and household furniture, toolboxes,Barbeques grills, and toys re not allowed to be kept on patios or sundecks. Smoking is not permitted on the patio and decks. Don’t forget to lock your patio door when you return into your home and secure the charlie bar.

4 cups shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup hot pepper sauce for Buffalo wings

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

1/4 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing

6 stalks celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles

12 small sandwich buns (3 inch), partially split

1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

COMBINE chicken, hot sauce and water in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, mix mayo and dressing in small bowl. Stir in celery and blue cheese. SPOON chicken mixture onto bottom halves of buns; cover with Cheddar cheese, celery mixture and tops of buns.

Ingredients

1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese food,cubed

1 pound spicy pork sausage

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained

1 (14.5 ounce) package corn tortilla chips

Directions

1. Place processed cheese into a slow cooker and set to Low. Stir occasionally until melted.

2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Stir frequently and break into small crumbles. Drain the grease, and stir into the cheese in the slow cooker. Mix in the cheese soup and green chilies. Keep warm in the slow cooker, and serve with tortilla chips.

The 45th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade is hosted by Knights of Columbus. This fun filled Irish parade has all the marching bands, clowns, floats, cars, and people necessary to make up an exciting and enjoyable parade. Everyone is Irish both in and along the parade route.
