  Air Conditioners

The summer heat is here! Did you know that turning your air conditioners off when you leave will cause your electric bill to be high and it takes long for your apartment to cool down after a long hot summer day? If you set the thermostat between 76 and 78 degrees when you leave your apartment will be cool when you get home. This helps with the cooling of the apartment and also keeps the air conditioning unit in good operations. So don’t be a thermostat juggler. If you are having a problem with your air conditioning unit please contact the leasing office as soon as possible.

Renters Insurance

Do you have it? Thinking about getting it? Did you know that you can get pricing and a policy from the St. Andrews web site. Log on to www.rentwithsaintandrews.com and click on tab that says resident, then click on renters insurance. It is required that you have it with your lease renewal. Check it out!

Maintenance News Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Schedule Our Maintenance Staff will be performing the quarterly preventive maintenance, and we will incorporate our manager’s inspections during the month of August.  We ask that our residents in the 2 bedroom apartments allow access to the panel located in the small bedroom closet by removing all items blocking this panel.   Residents living in the 1 bedroom apartments will need to have the area located directly in front of the mechanical closet in your bedroom clear in order for maintenance to replace filters in the HVAC units. Maintenance will also be inspecting smoke detectors, water supplies in the bathroom, kitchen, water heater and the bait stations located in the kitchen and bath cabinets.  Maintenance will be cleaning coils on refrigerators and HVAC units—please, remove any items stored on top of your refrigerator the day that your service is scheduled.  Our residents do not need to be at home in order for this task to be completed.  We will start the preventive maintenance at approximately 12:30 each scheduled day and finish for the day at approximately 4:00 PM.  A notice will be sent to your door a few days prior to your scheduled maintenance as a reminder.  We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation as we complete this task.
